Magna Multi was created to bring photography bookings, quotes, client communication, supplier coordination, production, delivery and accounting reports into one connected workflow.
The platform was developed around photographers’ working lives in Denmark. It helps individual photographers, photography teams and businesses keep clients, assignments and finished material organised, with their own business name and branding at the centre.
We know the industry from the inside
Behind Magna Multi are Brian, Cecilie, and Matt -
a software developer and two photographers.
Cecilie and Matt have worked as photographers for more than 20 years. For many of those years, they were missing a system that could provide a clear overview and free up time to focus on photography and growing their business. Magna Multi was originally built for their own use – but today, photographers everywhere can benefit from the platform.
Brian’s background includes work on Mindworking in Denmark. That experience helped shape Magna Multi’s Danish property-photography workflow and its connections to Danish estate-agent systems.
The Magna Multi workflow in the UK
UK photographers and teams use one platform with their own branding for bookings, quotes, client management, messages, supplier coordination, production, image feedback, downloads and accounting reports. Property photography is one use of that same workflow. A specific estate-agent software integration is not currently offered in the UK.
